What we do
We monitor each case at every step throughout the entire production process. Our technicians perform Quality Control checks several times on each appliance, starting with receipt of case. We believe that using the highest quality US FDA-approved materials and investing in state-of-the-art technology results in superior restorations for you and your patients.
Our standard case turnaround in the lab is three calendar days because we work 24/7 and door-to-door is ten calendar days. Shipment pick-up and delivery is easy and convenient by UPS courier.
As a full-service dental lab, we offer over 70 items, including e.Max, Cercon Zirconia, and Valplast. Cercon Zirconia is our CAD/CAM milling center that provides dentists and laboratories worldwide with a complete solution utilizing only the best materials to produce dental restorations with precision fit and perfect esthetics.
How to send us your cases
Step 1: Contact us for a price list. We will send this to you by email. This contains all the documents you need to open an account and send cases to us immediately.
Step 2: Send only silicon-based impressions and bite registrations. Do NOT send alginate as it is very heavy and does not travel well. Put cases into the smallest box that protects the cases and seal. You may use any box, including boxes from other labs.
Step 3: Prepare the Commercial Shipping Invoice (3 copies) and a UPS Waybill and put on the OUTSIDE of the box.
Step 4: Give the shipment to UPS. In the US, you may call US UPS: 1-800 782-7892. UPS charges a US$6 "pickup charge" when you call to pickup a shipment. To avoid the pickup charge you may hand the package to any UPS or DHL driver. This includes when the driver is delivering a package to you. So, if you ship at the same time as when your delivery comes, then there is no charge. You may also take the package to

- an authorized shipping outlet
- a dropbox
Step 5: When we receive your shipment we will notify you by email. We begin making the cases immediately and will email and/or call with any questions within two business days. When necessary, we will send a photo of the case in question to help communication.
Step 6: We will send you an itemized invoice by email for the shipment and ship all finished cases once payment is made. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and Paypal.
Step 7: We will send you the UPS tracking number when finished cases have shipped. All impressions and parts sent with each case will be returned to you.
Step 8: You receive your finished cases in three business days. Please note: there is a chance for shipping delays due to UPS that are beyond our control. These are rare, but do happen from time to time.
